Homework week 5 Buzz viral marketing

Posh Phones
1. Idea is to use the global appeal of Downtown Abby and all things upper-class to sell the phone. People in Demographic group A and B would find it funny and people C1-C2 and D might find it aspirational. Also the name Persephone sounds posh and sounds like "personal phone"
2. The ad could be filmed at a table with lots of silver service and 2 diners in Downtown Abby posh clothes sitting talking. Piano music in the Background. In the middle of the table is the PersePhone handset which rings. A Butler could come in and say "You're PersePhone is ringing my Lady" and she says "pass it to me please Jeeves". The Butler puts the phone on a silver tray and takes it to her. Then there's a voice over with the message; "PersePhone... Posh Phones for people with good taste".

Excellent effort - there is some confident understanding here of the Key Features of Advertising, well presented using the new software.
ReplyDeleteYou have examined and confidently describe the T-Mobile Advert considered the Key Features of Demographics and Psychographics as well as Viral Buzz.
There is also explanation here in all the task and overall shows understanding with reference to detail examples in the advert.
Finally you have created an interesting idea for an which appeals to an audience, though I am not sure how you would create the Viral Buzz (interactive?)
